or
http://10.114.0.5/mms/ (for RTLMMS Apn)

For Pc :-

FireFox browser

---> Go to fire fox : Option ->Network Setting ->;Manual Proxy Config ->
HTTP Proxy Put Here Proxy and Port as above given and then click OK button
